Pacnet Account: Authenticates the user name and password.

Software: iPass connect dialer allow you to dial in via local access number.

Upon downloading the iPassConnect software (Dialer) onto your laptop or PDA, the Pacnet Roaming account holder provides you with user name and password for authentication. Information is encrypted and sent over the Internet to Pacnet India’s authentication server.

The server checks and sends authorization or rejection response (as the case may be) to the local ISP through whom the account holder has requested for access to the Internet. This process takes few seconds.

Proper tracking of each user enables Pacnet to provide accurate monthly billing information.
